This is a very old fashioned recipe passed down to me . I’ve used local spray free lemons and local honey and made this syrup in the traditional way.
Lemon & Honey Cordial

Drink hot or cold . Add 2-3 Tablespoons to either hot or cold water and stir. That’s it! Add to gin and lemonade & cocktails and don’t forget to garnish with my Autumn Citrus Slices.
Directions: Add 1 part Potion to 6 parts Hot or Cold water.
